Chris Papp serves on four DGSI Technical Committees: TC1 Data Governance, TC2 Ethical AI, TC4 Digital Trust & Identity, and TC6 Connected Cities. He also contributed as an invited practitioner to the February 2026 UNCITRAL Colloquium on Digital Platforms Governing Global Trade at UN Headquarters in New York.
His advisory work focuses on AI governance and assurance in regulated environments, digital trade policy, and public-sector adoption pathways for audit-ready, standards-aligned infrastructure.
Chris is also Founder & CEO of TransPacific Trade Nexus (TPTN), a Canada-built sovereign digital trade infrastructure initiative designed to reduce export friction through trusted, interoperable, and Canadian data-resident workflows.
